Join us for our Family Law Reform Educational Day and Rally! “Meet and Greet” your legislators before and after the 12 pm to 1 pm Rally. Click here for a sample letter to schedule your “Meet and Greet” with your legislators.  The intent of the Educational Day & Rally is to give our elected officials the opportunity to see the negative impact that our current custody laws have on our children and to provide them with creditable information for their decision making process.

10:00 a.m. – Noon:  Informational table in room 610 of the Legislative State House
– Pick up informational material to share with your legislators.
– Watch your Legislators in action at the State House.
– Visit your Legislators’ office to hand out material in support of Senate Bill 211.
Noon – 1:00 p.m.:  Rally at the State House steps.  Speakers to endorse Senate Bill 211.
Hot dogs, chips, and bottled water will be provided for attendees through generous donations by the Isaak Law Firm.
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.:  Informational table in room 610 of the Legislative State House
– Pick up informational material to share with your legislators.
– Watch your Legislators in action at the State House.
– Visit your Legislators’ office to hand out material in support of Senate Bill 211.

Individuals with the common interest to change the child custody law practices and protect children relationships with both parents are invited to participate.

If you’re unable to attend and still want to participate in getting the message across, you can call or email your legislators before Thursday and ask them to vote for SB211, The Children’s Equal Access Bill, when if comes up for a vote. You can also make a donation at alfra.org to help defray expenses.
