Application Contract As Follows
- 1) I realize the Alabama Family Rights Association,
Inc., does not practice law, and that I must not depend upon the Alabama Family
Rights Association, Inc. for legal advice.
- 2) I shall be in control of my case at all times.
- 3) I understand the information I receive from others is
just an opinion and it is my responsibility to research that opinion to be sure that any
action I take, truly, will be in the best interest of my children.
- 4) I will, through sharing my experiences with other
members of the Alabama Family Rights Association, Inc, learn to study and research
the law as it pertains to me, and my personal case.
- 5) I will not hold the Alabama Family Rights
Association, Inc., its members or Board of Directors liable for the outcome of any
court action I pursue.
- 6) As a member of the Alabama Family Rights
Association, Inc. I hereby agree I will not practice law without a license. I will
assist other members by sharing my experiences in the courts and assist any member of the Alabama
Family Rights Association, Inc. in researching and learning the law as it pertains to
that member’s case.
- 7) I agree that this document is a Contract, that I have
read it, and understand it and affirm with my signature affixed below. I further affirm
that if I should bring suit against the Alabama Family Rights Association, Inc.,
its members, or Board of Directors, I will indemnify the Alabama Family Rights
Association, Inc. its members, or Board of Directors, corporately and individually,
regardless of the outcome of the litigation. Any suit in regard to this Contract will be
filed and pursued in Madison County, Alabama, unless the Alabama Family Rights
Association, Inc., its members, or Board of Directors, agree to a different venue
and/or jurisdiction.
