ALFRA was officially founded November 1997 in Huntsville and started holding regular meetings in January 1998. We hold twice monthly meetings on the first and third Monday evenings of each month at 7PM.  Support group meetings are held after our business portion of the meeting, usually around 8PM. If you need advice, moral support, emotional support, or just want to share your thoughts, please come to the support group meeting at 8PM.

ALFRA Huntsville now meets at the Fern Bell Recreation Center, located at 107 Saunders Drive  Huntsville, AL 35802.   Their phone number is 256-883-3640, if you need to contact them for directions. To get there, get on Whitesburg Dr at Airport RD and head south or Whitesburg at Memorial and head north.  Go to the intersection of Whitesburg and Four Mile Post Rd (Whitesburg Baptist Church is just west of the intersection).  Drive south to Sanders Rd and go between Whitesburg Baptist Church and Whitesburg Middle School on Sanders. Just past the Whitesburg Middle School and before the Whitesburg Pool Association is a road to the left.  Take a left there and go straight into the parking lot toward the back. The meetings will be held in small meeting room (Ask someone at the desk if you don't see a sign or someone you know).
