Alabama Family Rights Association

PRESERVE children and parent's fundamental rights;

PROMOTE equal parenting times with each parent;

PROTECT children from being placed at risk.

The Alabama Family Rights Association educates others to the importance of the parent-child relationship, placing an emphasis on family, and support children have the active involvement of both parents.

ALFRA advocates safeguarding constitutional rights of children and parents, and supports change to all laws, including the 1852 Alabama child custody law, which creditable scientific research indicates places a negative impact upon children and society.

All children have a fundamental right to each fit parent regardless of the parents marital status.

Our members only area is accessible with a tax deducible membership fee of $25 per year. Any contribution amount will be used to help reform Alabama family law.

Some times I just like to report good news to you. Friday, (the child) told me she had a violin recital. So, Sunday, I returned them to their (other parent) and drove on to overnight in (town). Got to school when it started, and found out when the recital began and came back. Walked in the library where they were performing, and the only other people were her (other parent & grand) parents. I sat opposite them paying them no attention, and enjoyed people saying hello to me and (the child's) recital. Then, I had lunch with both kids. Without your help, and ALFRA this would have never happened. I can't stop thanking you.
