Child Custody Bill in Mediation

4 Jan 12 - The Leadership at the Alabama Family Rights Association is in mediation with the Family Law Section of the Alabama State Bar, and the State Bar Child Custody Task Force regarding the Alabama Children’s Family Act.

Rest assured ALFRA is working hard to safeguard the fundamental liberty interest rights of Children, Fit Parents and Families.

There will be no public discussion from the ALFRA leadership regarding mediation. Please DO NOT contact ALFRA on the issue. ALFRA will update again at the appropriate time.

In the meantime, ALFRA requests our members and others keep public comments about our Alabama Legislators positive. There are many Legislators in support of the Alabama Children’s Family Act.  Working together we can accomplish more.
